We ship via UPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For orders to Hawaii or Alaska, please call 847.520.0068 or email us. Our customer service staff is available Mon-Sat from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. C.S.T., and Sundays from 7 am to 2 pm. We are closed on major holidays.
 

Whenever possible, orders placed weekdays (Monday-Friday) by 12:00 p.m. CST are shipped the same day. If we aren’t able to ship the same day, your order will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.
